Catering Information
We can make up trays or meals to your order, just let us know what you would like, and we will quote you a price.
Our trays are made up just minutes before you pick them up to assure the freshest possible product.
Because our bread is baked fresh each morning, we ask that you place your order by noon the day before you would like it so extra dough can be made. We will of course do all we can to accommodate any order on short notice.
In order to reduce the cost to our customers we use reusable trays for which there is a $5.00 deposit per tray. If you prefer, we can use your trays. Disposable trays can be obtained with advanced notice and additional charges.
We have had over 40 years of experience catering events for up to 500 people. We will be happy to sit down with you and discuss how we might help you with your next event.

You can Mix and Match any of our 12” Deli Classic Subs (One meat & choice of cheese)
We dress your subs with your choice of Mayonnaise, Mustard, Lettuce, Pickle and Cheese. Then we cut your selections into fourths and serve them Finger Sandwich Style.
12 Pieces $39.99 (4 Subs)
24 Pieces $59.99 (6 Subs)
32 Pieces $84.99 (8 Subs)
If you prefer Whole or Half Subs individually wrapped, you may order from the menu with a discount of 5% on orders of ten or more Subs. Orders for 50 or more receive a 10% discount.

CUBANS BY THE YARD
Authentic Cubans prepared on fresh yard long Cuban bread.
This is the way to feed those unexpected guests, family gatherings or an entire platoon. We bag these in our special yard long bags to keep them fresh until you are ready to cut them.
